摘要

隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，工程機(jī)械市場(chǎng)的需求不斷增大，從而配套的機(jī)器維修產(chǎn)品也急切需要得到創(chuàng)新和改進(jìn)。許多工程機(jī)械像卡車、載重車、各類軍車、集裝箱卡車、槽車、大客車、礦車、自卸車、拖拉機(jī)、各種專用車輛在野外作業(yè)是很容易出現(xiàn)故障的，其中一些故障像輪胎破裂和螺母松動(dòng)這樣的情況，就需要馬上對(duì)此機(jī)械進(jìn)行維修，但是請(qǐng)專門的服務(wù)人員來(lái)維修又有諸多不便，為了滿足市場(chǎng)的需求，本課題研究的是一種能夠快速擰松（緊）螺母的增力機(jī)構(gòu)——行星式卸胎器。本文在分析比較多種常見(jiàn)的增力機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)后而改進(jìn)一種增力機(jī)構(gòu)（行星輪系增力機(jī)構(gòu)）而成的。該機(jī)構(gòu)采用的是行星輪系結(jié)構(gòu)，體形小巧，效率高，攜帶方便，傳遞功率范圍大等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，具有很好的實(shí)用性，可以很方便為每個(gè)用戶的車上配備一個(gè)，特別是廣大農(nóng)村地區(qū)，這些地方的車輛很少會(huì)去專門的服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)，由于農(nóng)村路況惡劣，農(nóng)用車在路上顛簸使得車子螺母很容易松動(dòng)，從而導(dǎo)致種種故障，卸胎器就能在這些故障當(dāng)中起到一定的作用，可以說(shuō)這里的市場(chǎng)是很廣闊的。隨著人們對(duì)行星傳動(dòng)技術(shù)進(jìn)一步完善，這方面的應(yīng)用前景更加廣泛。本文對(duì)傳動(dòng)路線的選擇及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)校核進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計(jì)算說(shuō)明，并利用pro/E完成了虛擬樣機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)。隨后通過(guò)原理仿真對(duì)其合理性與可行性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證，取得了良好的效果。

ABSTRACT

Based on the analysis and comparison of several common strengths and weaknesses of institutions by force and to improve upon a force increasing mechanism (planetary gear Force organizations) made.
